The Institutional Partnerships Program (IPP) Team is a specialized, Fiji-based group, implemented by Abt Global and Tetra Tech for Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). It partners with the Government of Fiji to deliver public sector reform, governance, and institutional strengthening to support Fiji's national priorities, stability, and economic growth.
